Prior to Investment Capital Funding, LLC Chris founded Allegiance Mortgage Corporation in 1991 and personally originated over 350 Million Dollars of Volume in residential-investment mortgage sales during an 18 year span while managing a team of loan officers. He concentrates his time with Investment Capital Funding LLC, although originates consumer mortgages, licensed through the NMLS for American Nationwide Mortgage Company, Inc. Also, Chris is a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker and brings many years experience as an Real Estate Agent & Broker, Mortgage Broker, and Mortgage Loan Originator.

Fred Burns, a native of Philadelphia lives in Magnolia, New Jersey with his wife Angie. Fred is a mortgage professional and partner with over thirty(30) years mortgage and investment experience. Prior to Investment Capital, he began his finance career with Ford Motor Credit in the early 80's. Later, he founded Eagle Mortgage, Inc. and several additional mortgage companies throughout his successful and extended mortgage career. Further, he is also licensed through the NMLS, originating consumer loans for American Nationwide Mortgage Company.
He enjoys helping businesses achieve their expansion real estate goals serving NJ and PA.
